Provide a seamless login experience
Configure single sign-on for your Aha! Ideas account via Okta. You can also authenticate ideas portal users with SSO using OpenID Connect or SAML 2.0. This makes it easier for customers and employees to log in to your portal — without having to keep track of yet another email and password. Securely share reports and notes with single sign-on enabled webpages.
Streamline identity management
Add new users to your Aha! Ideas account directly from Okta. The default setting does not give access to any workspaces and users have no assigned role. You can set up custom attributes to give the preferred permissions to each user. You can also revoke access, preventing unauthorized access to your account.
Engage your community
Enabling SSO for ideas portals makes it even easier for customers and employees to submit new ideas and vote on existing ones. Once authenticated to a portal via SSO, they can quickly access your portal — no additional log in required. Customers on the Ideas Advanced plan can share the same SSO integration for multiple portals. You can also use SSO for granting access to shared webpages like reports and notes.
