After you sign up for your Aha! Roadmaps trial, you get access to all Enterprise plan features for 30 days (including the integrations). You can invite all of your colleagues to your trial as well. After your trial is over, you can purchase any of the plans.
Yes. A credit card is not required to start your 30-day trial, so you can try Aha! Roadmaps without any obligation.
Your trial is your permanent Aha! Roadmaps account and all your data and integrations will remain intact. Your Aha! administrator can go to Settings Account Billing, choose one of our plans, and sign up. Contact us at support@aha.io if you want to select an annual plan and be invoiced. If you decide not to purchase, your account will expire.

Roadmaps account for $18/user/month or to any monthly plan for $24/user/month. This enables those those users to view, edit, and create documents in selected workspaces. For users that also need complete visibility into certain workspaces in your Aha! Roadmaps account, the Aha! In the Premium plan, you pay for all users regardless of their role. In the Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans, you pay for the users who need to actively set strategy, build roadmaps, and manage work. Unlimited reviewers and viewers are included in the Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans at no additional cost. Read more about these user types under “Use Aha! Roadmaps.
We offer both monthly and annual billing. Monthly plans are paid by credit card. Choose an annual plan for a discount and the option of invoice billing. Contact us at support@aha.io to set up invoicing.
Yes, this is offered via our Enterprise+ plan. You can set up paid seat groups. They allow you to allocate paid seats by team and assign administrators to each team.
Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual payments. And you can also upgrade from the Startup plan to any other plan and switch between the Premium and Enterprise plans. Contact us if you want to make a change.
Yes, you can create Aha! Roadmaps workspaces for product management, IT, project, services, business, and marketing teams in the same account. Add as many workspaces as you like to your account at no additional cost.
You can add or remove users at any time. If you add users, you will be billed the prorated amount immediately, not on the next recurring bill.
Yes, the price you pay changes based on the plan you select, number of users in the account, and a modest cost-of-living annual adjustment. The price increases three percent annually to help offset our own costs rising and to help us continue to support people in need through Aha! Cares.
Aha! Roadmaps is a complete product management solution. It includes Ideas Essentials for crowdsourcing feedback. You can also upgrade your Roadmaps account to include Ideas Advanced. It can be added to any annual plan for $20 per user per month or to any monthly plan for $25 per user per month. (The Startup pack is exempt.) This gives you access to advanced functionality, such as dynamic forms, proxy voting, and empathy sessions.

A workspace owner has full access to all the features included in your Aha! Roadmaps plan. Role-based permissions include the ability to change most workspace configurations and manage users. This role requires a paid seat.
A contributor has the same capabilities as a workspace owner but cannot manage users or change most workspace configuration settings. This role requires a paid Aha! Roadmaps seat.
A reviewer is a user who needs to give feedback on your product plans. They can see data in workspaces that they have been given permission to view. They can edit notes and whiteboards, add comments, complete to-dos, be added as a watcher on records, and build reports and roadmaps. This role is perfect for increasing visibility across your organization by engaging stakeholders and other internal teams. You can have unlimited reviewers at no additional cost in the Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans.
A viewer is a user who can see data in workspaces that they have been given permission to view. They can also create and complete to-dos, be added as a watcher on records, build reports and roadmaps, and more. You can have unlimited viewers at no additional cost in the Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans.
Aha! Roadmaps integrates with more than 30 tools, including Azure DevOps, Google Analytics, Jira, Rally, and Slack. Add Ideas Advanced to any annual Roadmaps plan for integrations with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
You can securely share presentations with anyone, including non-Aha! users.
There are three main ways you can share notes and whiteboards with others:
Enable colleagues across your organization to view and edit existing documents by giving them reviewer permissions in your Aha! Roadmaps account.
If any of those stakeholders also need the ability to create notes and whiteboards, you can add them as Aha! Notebooks Advanced users to your Aha! Roadmaps account for $18/user/month.
You can also share individual documents with unlimited guests by sending out a link. This enables people outside of your Aha! Notebooks account to access documents in their own Aha! Notebooks guest account at no cost.
The Aha! text editor includes an AI-powered writing assistant for drafting and refining documents. 50 AI drafts are included for free in your 30-day trial, with unlimited drafts when you sign up for a paid plan.
