In the beginning…
Josh’s took his first short term mission trip when he was 14 years old to Singapore & Indonesia. This had a huge impact on his life. At 16, while engaged to Brandie, he spent 3 months at the mission in Carmen Serdan Mexico, an outreach of Applegate Christian Fellowship. Josh & Brandie grew up, met and married in Alaska. They always knew that they were called to serve God in full-time ministry. They took a step of faith and moved from Alaska to Oregon feeling like God was calling them to full-time service on the mission field. After being self-employed for over 8 years, owning several franchises, they left it all to pursue God’s call on their life. They moved to Redding, California to attend Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry.
After graduating from BSSM in 2010, they worked as youth pastors in Klamath Falls, Oregon. After 25 years, the church unexpectedly closed it’s doors September, 2012. They felt misplaced and unsure of what God had next for them. While riding his bike in October, suddenly, God showed Josh a picture of the Philippines and said, “You are going back!” He was overwhelmed and began to cry as he knew it was not just to “visit.” He knew that their world was about to be turned upside down! Once again, they gave everything away and followed His voice, moving to the Philippines in April 2013.
They both lead worship and have been actively involved in working with youth and young adults since 2000. They have taken ministry teams to various churches and schools and have seen God break out in healing! As youth pastors, they trained and equipped people to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit and in signs, wonders, miracles, prophecy, words of knowledge, prophetic art, SOZO, and taking the them out into the city on Treasure Hunts to see God’s love poured out. Their heart is to pursue the apostolic and prophetic call of God on their life throughout Asia and Africa. They have a passion for young children, youth and adults to know and encounter the love of God! Now their story continues in the Philippines!
